  1. Add graphical voice indicator in Teams audio/video calls

It would be really useful to add some graphical notion of who's speaking at the moment. It exists in Google Meet, and it's useful for two reasons:
    1. it helps resolve the classic audio issue that happens on every second call: one person can't hear the other one (because someone has the microphone plugged out, or someone has their speakers at 0 volume). the indicator immediately shows both sides whose voice reaches the video call - if the person I'm talking to is saying that they don't hear me, but I see that the indicator in the call shows that…

  2. Why can't speed dial actually speed dial my "group"

Enable a Speed Dial button within a Group so that I can dial my entire Group, with one button. Without it, nothing really changed from Old Skype. I still have to click each person in my group to add them.

  3. Automatically mute other apps when incoming call

Experience no smooth transition between Teams and other apps running with sound.

Skype automatically muted other apps (music/radio/sound) when incoming call. Is there similar settings for Microsoft Teams?

  4. Unmask the last three digits when a PSTN report is exported

In the PSTN usage report the last 3 digits of the caller ID (incomping call's) are masked. Please unmask the caller ID (number) of the incomming calls

Auto answer with video from specific user to activate a telepresence on a unattended device (tablet for example).

  6. Call forwarding from my mobile phone to Teams call.

The ability allow call forwarding from your mobile phone to a Teams call. Some of our employees are in areas where the cellular signal is bad, but Wifi is good. So it would be better to take the call on Teams, rather than on the mobile phone network.

  8. Direct Routing SIP enhancement for display names (PABX calls MS Teams)

We have a Direct Routing setup between a PABX and MS Teams. When calling from the PABX to MS Teams, the Teams user name is not displayed on the PABX phone display, only the called number of the Teams user.
Analyzing logs we see that MS Teams does not send any display information in the complete call sequence via SIP towards the PABX.

Easy solution would be to provide the Display Information by MS Teams Direct Routing from the MS Teams user in the P-Asserted Identity Header (PAI) in the following call sequence, like 183 Session Progress or 200 OK.

  9. microphone and camera is always on

When calling in teams microphone and camera is always on.
it should be set to turned off by default and then we can choose to unmute our mic or open the camera.

  10. PSTN Reverse Number Lookup (show username from Address book not PSTN number) in Teams Toast and Call History

When a PSTN user calls you on Microsoft Teams, if the number is in the address book I would like to be presented with the users name on the toast, not just the PSTN number. The same for call history or anywhere else a PSTN number appears in the client

  12. Show control bar on calls when on Meeting Participants screen

When on a call and in the call's 'Meeting Participants' screen it would be useful if the control bar was still visible for quick access to mute etc.

  13. Talkie-Walkie Mic during a Conference

Instead of muting our mic everytime due to background noises we can rather have a Talkie-Walkie functionality so when we click and hold on a button we can talk (can listen others simultaneously) and it stops when releasing the button.

  15. Move my image during a video conference

It would be great to be able to move the image of myself during a video call to anywhere on the screen. This way I can place it under my camera, allowing me to see myself and look at the camera in one view.

  16. Mute incoming calls when on an existing call - else ringing while I'm speaking/listening

When I am having a call and I receive another call, the dialogue box only allows me the option to answer the call or drop the call. But I want to mute the ring. It is rude to drop the call (red button) and causes people to just ring again. I don't want to answer because i'm mid-way through an important conversation on the existing call. And I cannot concentrate on that call because it's ringing and I cannot stop it! please add a "mute ring" button on the receive call dialogue box

  17. Allow the use of existing USB handset like Polycom CX300

Would love to be able use our existing investment in devices like the Polycom CX300 USB handset with Teams. I can understand why LPE devices won't be supported, but would like to see simple USB phones supported with the client.

  19. Auto Attendant Time Out Options

Addition of an option when setting up an Auto Attendant that automatically diverts to a selected group or user if no options are selected within a certain time scale.

EG.. greeting is - press 1 for sales, 2 for support... or hold for reception... call is then automatically directed when there is no input.
