  2. Integrate OneNote with Teams so you can take/use notes in a meeting - or have a compact Teams video in OneNote

    I prepare meetings in OneNote, and take meeting notes on it. But there doesn't seem a way to easily use/take notes in OneNote during a Teams video call. Can it be integrated so either a tab from your OneNote can be brought up in Teams for you to write in as you participate, or the Teams video call video can be visible in OneNote. Or there can be a floating Teams video window which you can see while using OneNote.

  3. Show if call forwarded or from a call group in call history / missed calls

    If an incoming call is being forwarded from another user or is being forwarded as part of a call pickup group, this is displayed in the popup call notification, however it is not displayed in the users call history. The calls just show as a missed call.

    This is causing confusion for users as they see these forwarded/call group calls as missed calls and then try to return the call.

    An additional column or a different 'Type' for these calls would resolve this issue.

  5. Different call answering rules for incoming external and incoming Teams calls

    Currently all incoming voice calls are handled by the same rule set. It would be really great if the user could select to handle external calls differently to the way internal or "Teams" calls are handled.

  6. Dual screen sharing

    share screen simultaneously I mean when you are in a two people call, both people can share tehir screens to allow collaboration easier

  7. Call forward to call queues

    We are using teams with direct routing option.
    Everything is working fine but we cannot use the option consult then transfer to a call queue.

    You can call the call queue and get a user on the phone but the option to transfer the call disappears.

    Consult and transfer to a direct users is working fine!
    And a direct transfer without consult to a call queue is also working fine...

    Anybody has the same issue and is there a solution for this problem?

  8. Enable the ability to put a pause or # in a contact number for dialling

    When using other conference facilities for calls it would be useful, and in line with other platforms, to use symbols to pause between diallng a number and then entering a conference ID, then adding a # at the end, meaning a single click dial in to frequently used conference calls.

  9. Replace Caller ID Service Number

    Replace Caller ID Service Number.It does not work with all destinations. in many of them it is identified with the user number.

  10. microphone and camera is always on

    When calling in teams microphone and camera is always on.
    it should be set to turned off by default and then we can choose to unmute our mic or open the camera.

  11. Caller ID show as external number

    Please allow users to set the caller id on outgoing voice calls to be a number outside of Microsoft. We want to set the caller id to be our company's current 1 800 number.

  12. Disable incoming video EXCEPT presentation

    Currently if you disable incoming video, presentations are disabled as well, but you might want to disable cam stream, but not shared screen.

  13. Mute microphone by default when joining a meeting

    I've seen other user voice topics on this issue, and some even say there are fixes in place, but it only applies when 4 or more participants are on a call. Most of our Teams meetings are using the Audio Conferencing add-on, so when a customer joins a meeting on their laptop (after already calling in to the conferencing bridge) they generate a bad echo. Yes, this can be resolved with training, but why can't we at least have the option to disable the microphone by default (regardless of the number of attendees in a meeting)

  14. OnPremise / Direct Routing Caller ID for Teams unable to set main number

    Possibility to manually add service number (even in "Onprem" or Direct Routing mode) that can be use to set Company Caller ID for all users.

  15. Need settings to control "away" timeout

    If the call routing for the queue options include ones that are status-dependent (such as only assigning calls to those who are "available"), then there needs to be end-user control over whether or not one's status should be changed to "away" after a specified time period. And with the option to have a set time after which the default is to change a status to "away," there needs to be end-user control over the length of inactivity period before the status changes.

  16. Merge two conference calls/meetings into one

    Usually when we dial into a conference call meeting, it requires us to input extension number, meeting room numbers or etc. So when I want to combine two meeting into one, I can merge calls in Skype for Business, but cannot find the same feature in Teams. Is there any roadmap to add this feature back to Teams?

  17. Mute all phone participants on audio conference calls PSTN

    When hosting an audio only call with PSTN audio conferencing ID, the host cannot mute all callers. Each user has to dial *6 to mute/unmute themselves. Hosts require the capability to dial a command to mute everyone on a conference call.

  18. Color of the answer a call icon

    My only issue with this product to date is that it is too easy to accidentally click the red phone icon when someone calls, which disconnects the call. I think that if the answer icon were a green phone, it would solve the issue.

  19. Parallel Conversations and Real-time Close Caption

    One of the biggest losses since we all started working from home is that we can't have parallel conversations when on a virtual call or meeting: one person talks and the rest listen.

    With the introduction of Live Captions, it would be great to have a feature that allow the user to address a single person on the meeting, without interfering with others.

    When activating the feature the user would:
    -Have the live caption activated to the broader meeting, so they can keep an eye on what's been discussed

    -A sign would be placed over the user image showing they…

  20. URL of Audio Conferencing Reset Pin is not working

    The URL for Reset PIN is automatically generated as: https://mysettings.lync.com/pstnconferencing which is not working now.

    In this case, users can only reset PIN via https://admin0f.online.lync.com/lscp/usp/pstnconferencing as workaround.

    Please change the automatically generated URL of Reset PIN button to to available URL instead
