  1. User Contacts- contact's company name needs to be displayed and searchable too

    In Teams Contacts, currently only 3 columns are displayed- Name, Title, and Phone. I am requesting that the contact's company be displayed too. It is difficult to find the person you need to call when the using the contacts if you don't remember the name of the person, but do know the name of the company you are trying to reach. This is also true for contacts that have multiple phone numbers. Its hard to know which record is correct without seeing more information.

  3. Mutliple numbers on a user, auto-attendant or call queue

    It would be great if we could have an Auto-Attendant that has more than 1 number assigned to it. Most organizations advertise or have advertised multiple numbers in their history. It's unacceptable that I can only have 1 number route to an AA or Call Queue or user. In another phone system we support, a user or AA can have a main Direct Inward Dial number and 10 alternate DID's.

    Will this be implemented in Teams?

  4. Outbound CNAM Power Shell Management

    Admins should be able to manage CNAM information using Powershell and/or API calls.
    Currently we have to send an email to request CNAM changes every time we need a change. We need to automate this, when setting up a new user we should be able to set their CNAM info.

  5. Enhanced Call Queues

    When will Serial Routing call queues be enhanced? Currently the routing is based on the alphabetical structure of the distribution list which does not work for my call groups. We need the ability to define the routing by agent.

  6. Chat calling: Show more than one number

    When you click on the "Call-Button" in a teams chat, only the mobile number and Teams to Teams call are displayed.

    It would be great if you could also see existing Corpnumbers (Officenumbers) that are synchronized with the Azure AD.

  7. Stop call queue sending calls to a person that is already on the phone

    If a person is already on a call, stop the call queue sending calls to this person. The queue should hunt the next person if someone is already on the phone

  9. Allow call agents to answer the call directly without playing the music on hold for a call queue

    With a call queue, music on hold is played until a call agent answers the call, but this is unnecessary, so I would like to make a call agent answer the call directly without playing the music in Microsoft Teams call queue.

  10. Play a music on hold after a call agent answered in a call queue

    When a call agent accepts the call and holds it, no music is played and it is really quiet during the hold. I would like the call queue feature to play a music on hold.

  11. Presence based Call Queues/Groups

    In Skype for Business on-prem Response Group Groups presence based routing methods:

    Longest idle - to offer a new call first to the agent who has been idle the longest (has had a presence of Available or Inactive in Skype for Business Server the longest) .

    Parallel - to offer a new call to all available agents at the same time, the call is sent to the first agent who accepts it.

    We use these extensively and can't migrate to Teams without finding a replacement. Please add this functionality to SfB Online and Teams Call Groups.

  12. Support RCS (Rich Communication Services), SMS and MMS

    Jump to the front of the queue and support RCS when adding SMS/MMS support to Teams Phone.

    Personally I can get around the lack of SMS support in Teams, but that would cause other issues. I need one communication/phone system that handles both voice and SMS.

  13. Integrate better with the Plantronics 700 series headset

    Please fix the integration with the Plantonics 700 series. In Skype for Business when I start a call or enter a meeting the PC is automatically activated as the input device. I'm also able to mute headset and have status reflected as the same both in Skype and on the lights for the physical device regardless which way I initiate the mute. I want those features in Teams.

    I'd also like those features to work in Teams while Skype for Business is also still running. My company has both running throughout the day. We just use the audio for one…

  14. Insert Direct Routing numbers in Management

    At the moment Teams don't know the Direct Routing numbers. Cause of that you cannot assign this numbers to the Ressource Accounts and not to the Caller ID Policies.
    To the Ressource Accounts you can do this by Powershell. That is okay but this will not work to the Caller ID policies.
    For me it would help to do the Caller ID on Powershell but i think the drop downs are still there so it would be nice to enter the numbers there directly or you can define the numbers like the service numbers in the legacy skype admin center.

  15. Popout conference window

    We usually project the conference window, including the video, to a different (bigger screen). Would be great if that could be popedout from the rest of Teams app so that you can still work with it in the background. Also, moving between conference screen and other Teams screens is annoying

  16. While in a call, add another person to the call

    Reopening previous UserVoice post per request of MS Support:

    "While in a call, you should be able to add another person (or more than one) to the call, to instantly create a group call. Similar as in Skype by clicking the "+" button."

    This is NOT completed - this feature, as well as various other features (such as Delegate Call-As) are not available in PSTN calling/Calls tab, only Teams-to-Teams calling (via the Chat tab).

    These features have been marked as completed in the UserVoice as well as the roadmap but that is not correct.

  17. Microsoft Teams: also let computer speaker ring when headset connected

    Hi!

    Incoming calls ring only on the Headset but not on PC speaker, as you can configure in Skype for Busines.
    We want to get this option back for our users...

  18. Caller id policy to forward to external number

    Please allow us to forward all incoming voice calls to an external number (a number not in Microsoft). This would only be for calls coming in that are calling a voice phone number...we want those calls to be directed to our company's current 1 800 number instead of reaching the specific user the voice number is assigned to.

  20. Opt in and out call queue's using / command

    Let users/agents be able to Opt in and Out call queue's using the Teams Client. Ideally using the / command option.
    Now they need to use https://aka.ms/cqsettings
