  1. Delete Multiple Voicemails

    While in voicemail, it would be convenient if I could select multiple or all voicemails and delete them at the same time. Currently it requires clicking More options and then Delete for each email. Check boxes would be nice, but also the ability to use Ctrl+A, Shift+click, or Ctrl+click would also be useful.

  2. Jabra integration with teams

    Jabra currently highlights integration with Skype and Microsoft lync. Will the option for Microsoft Teams be provided?

  3. Feature: Add ability to adjust call audio volume

    In Skype I could adjust the volume on the application level. This isn't possible in teams

  4. Ability to zero out of voicemail to operator

    When a incoming call goes to voicemail, we would like to see the ability for the caller to press zero (0) and get the operator.

  5. Join a PSTN call on hold to another existing PSTN call

    When I place a call on hold and call someone else, I cannot join the two calls. In Skype For Business we had a "merge" function. This is not available in Teams.

  6. Allow Call Queue agents to reject calls

    When all agents in a PSTN call queue have explicitly declined/rejected a call, all agents are "redialled" and receive the incoming call for a second time. The caller remains on hold during this time.

    This is not ideal behaviour. If all agents have declined a call, we want to be able to perform an action (e.g. redirect to a recorded message and disconnect the call, or redirect to voicemail, or redirect to another call queue).

    To be clear, if all agents are busy on existing calls, we want the caller to continue to be on hold until an agent is…

  7. peer to peer calling chrome error message

    As mentioned in case number 14276459

    When you make a peer to peer call in chrome the error message states to use edge or chrome or download the app. Problem is users are in chrome and the error message says to use chrome. So people call for support thinking it is an issue on their computer that we can resolve.
    If the error message could better inform the user to use edge or the app for peer to peer calling that would be great.

  8. remote control uac

    We're using Teams for chat and video meetings, but would like to use the screen sharing and remote control for troubleshooting and suppport requests. However, Windows does not pass UAC prompts through the Teams screen sharing.

  9. Teams AutoAttendant DTMF Timeout

    Add Option to choose an user in Organisation / voice app if DTMF is the only option enabled in AutoAttendant and Caller do not press anything….. actually caller hears option-menue endless….. it would be nice that an DTMF-"Fallback" Timer can be configured and Fallback number can be configured (user in Organisation / voice app or operator)

  10. Being able to create break out rooms in Microsoft Teams video meetings

    I am a user of zoom and really enjoy the ability to create breakout rooms during calls. Helps to battle the talking at feeling of video calls

  11. Extension Dialing

    Dailing by extension is a behavior that our customers and staff are very accustomed to. I expect most customers who are coming from other phone systems, ie. Nortel, RingCentral, and others are used to providing their extension to outside parties to call in to them rather than a bunch of random DID numbers. The July 2018 roadmap indicates that extension calling is available now (https://skypeandteams.blob.core.windows.net/artefacts/Skype%20for%20Business%20to%20Teams%20Capabilities%20Roadmap.pdf) but this is not the case. At least not for external callers calling into an auto attendant.

  14. speed dial

    As far as I can tell, dialing from the "Speed Dial" cards only enables calling the recipient through Teams, not a different phone (mobile, work, etc.). Understand this can be done through the Contacts section, but having to go there defeats the purpose of the Speed Dial cards. Skype has similar functionality - when you click the "phone" button you have the choice of number/method.

  15. We need Time (Date & Time) in Calling History

    It's extremely difficult to know at what time of the day a call was made if there isn't a timestamp to it

  16. Support for multiple default local dial-in numbers for PSTN

    Currently it's only possible to have one default local number added to an MS Teams meeting invite.

    It would be helpful to be able to be able to include multiple default local calling numbers as meeting participants can often span multiple calling areas/cities. Otherwise, the additional number(s) must always be manually added.
    Otherwise, the additional numbers will need to be manually added by the PSG member with a meeting request update after the initial meeting request is sent out.

  17. teams setup performance for phone system

    when i add a phone number to a new user. i must wait up to 24 hours until the setting is available. in other areas it takes a long time until the changes are set. please make the setup changings faster.

  18. Call forwarding in "Calls Tab"

    Display call forwarding options directly in the "Calls" tab. Right now I have to go to the settings to have a look into this settings (even if I'm unsure, that I deactivated the call forwarding).
    -> Faster access to call forwarding.

  19. Only Call Selected Members of a Large Group Chat (To Assist SWARMING)

    While Teams can be a great tool to use for all types of SWARMING activities, it is missing one key feature IMO i.e. the ability to select which members of a Large Group Chat to call.

    When working in a large SWARMING group across GEO's, active members can change quiet regularly so the abilty to only call a small number of the SWARM chat members would be very helpful and less intrusive to those who are not available to take a call at any given time.

    For me - It's essential that Teams introduces the option to "call all" or…

  20. Larger Call Pick Up Group

    Raise the limit from 5 for Call Pick Up Group
