  1. Keep the Mute/Audio icon visible onscreen when on a call.

    How many times have you been on a call, and someone has to say. "Joe, are you talking with your mute on?" What if you could always see the current "mute" status when you're on a call so you can avoid this common problem.

  2. Teams places current Call on hold when screen sharing

    I call my colleagues using the "Calls" tab in Teams. I am calling their desk phone, which is a land line. Each colleague of mine has their own direct land line number. I use Teams Calls to speak with them. I then wish to share my screen with them, so I find them on the Chat tab, and initiate a screen-share. This immediately places my Teams Call on hold. This is clearly by design, and it is a flaw. We need to be able to share our screens regardless of any other Teams activity. Skype for Business did this flawlessly.…

  3. Filter Call History

    For us and our customers it would be helpful to be able to filter the results in the call history. At the moment, this list is just getting longer and longer. So, I'd like to be able to sort and filter by type (incomming, outgoing, missed), date or source/destination number.

  4. Call Queue and Auto Attendant Resource Licensing

    The idea of requiring Cloud PBX clients to license Call Queues and Auto Attendants is absurd. This is a basic functionality that is available similar services. Furthermore, sneaking in this change without advising any of you partners and or end-users is NOT acceptable. This is going to have a HUGE financial impact on some of our clients. Call Queues and Auto Attendants should be an intrinsic feature as it always has been with Skype for Business Online.

  5. Allow the use of existing USB handset like Polycom CX300

    Would love to be able use our existing investment in devices like the Polycom CX300 USB handset with Teams. I can understand why LPE devices won't be supported, but would like to see simple USB phones supported with the client.

  6. Separate policies for Call forwarding and simultaneous ringing to external phone numbers

    We'd like to have the ability to simultaneously ring users' mobile devices, but we do not want to give the ability to forward calls off-net. While these are similar scenarios, they are substantially different. There is a policy to disable them both, but not separately.

  7. Auto Attendant Time Out Options

    Addition of an option when setting up an Auto Attendant that automatically diverts to a selected group or user if no options are selected within a certain time scale.

    EG.. greeting is - press 1 for sales, 2 for support... or hold for reception... call is then automatically directed when there is no input.

  8. Teams Contact sync with Outlook

    Please make the contacts that show up in the calling tab to be synced with a persons outlook or global address book of sorts. It's annoying having to manage so many different contact books

  9. Telephone not ringing on Speaker

    If Headset is set as the normal Audio, Telephone ringing is not on the built-in Speaker. In Skype you can adjust this. Please prvide the sam feature for Teams-Phone.

  10. Manage On-prem Phone Numbers

    Now that we have the ability to use Direct Routing to assign an "OnpremPhoneNumber" to a Resource Account via the Set-CsOnlineApplicationInstance cmdlet, it would be nice to take it a step or few further.

    I think it would be nice to be able to enter a list/range of "On Prem Phone Numbers" into Skype/Teams.

    1, we would be aware of the full range.
    2, we can pick from a list when assigning a phone number in the TAC. 3, we can see what unused numbers there are either in the SBAC or using PowerShell. Or the next available.

  12. The number in the dial pad can be edited to the same format across the Desktop client and Mobile client

    We want to aline the phone number display across all Teams clients (both windows app and mobile devices) with the same format, please help on this.

  13. Unassigned Number Range

    In SfB there was this feature called Unassigned Number Range to upload a range of on premise PSTN Numbers. This allowed us to direct calls that were not assigned to a user to a fallback central number.

  14. Calls - Big Green button to answer calls

    Change the UI for call so the when receiving a call, the button are more like a mobile phone UI. At present, the only button that is coloured is the 'hang up' option. People inadvertently hang up as they click the only but that 'pops' is red. They then have to ring back because they've hung up.

  15. noise

    When no one is talking during the teams call, any background noise is focused on and is amplified which can be heard in the call. There is an option to disable this in Skype for Business but that option is not available in Teams.

  16. Announcement language for adding user to a conference should be selectable

    Scenario:
    TeamsOnly User with direct routing
    User are in a TeamsConference
    He wants to join someone via PSTN to the Conference.

    The person, who should join, get a call from the MS Conference number, he/she pickup the phone and hears ALWAYS an English announcement.
    The language of this announcement should be configurable OR depend on the country code from the dialed number.

    Today sometimes the caller drops the call because he naiver know the number nor he understand English.

  17. Cloud Voicemail: Allow Users to upload recorded greetings (MP3/WAV, etc.)

    We would like to be able to upload professionally recorded voicemail greetings (both for greeting and out of office greeting), ideally from within the Teams Desktop Client.

  18. Being able to create break out rooms in Microsoft Teams video meetings

    I am a user of zoom and really enjoy the ability to create breakout rooms during calls. Helps to battle the talking at feeling of video calls

  19. Mute all other audio when you answer a call

    IN Skype for business all other audio muted (such as audio streaming, youtube, videos etc) but in teams this does not happen but I think this is a must have feature.

  20. Switch active call to Mobile phone

    Our customer should have a function to switch an active call from the computer teams client to a mobile team client.

    for example:
    You answer a call at the PC/teamsclient and want to leave your desk and continue the call with your mobile phone/Teamsclient.

    Normal call forwarding is not really useful in this case. It would be nice if there was something like a "Switch-Button".
