  2. Pop out video screen

    Skype has this feature that you a mini video screen pops out when you minimize skype during video call. This would help us multitask when ever a video conference is happening.

  3. JBL Headset not compatible with MS Teams

    After searching the internet for 2 days, I have realized that my newly purchased JBL headset is not compatible with MS Teams. Do I have to check this compatibility before I buy any accessories to my laptop? It does not make any sense.

  4. Make a call on behalf of a Call Queue

    A call queue agent should be able to make a call on behalf of the call queue they are a member of. The calling line ID should be shown as the number associated with the Call Queue and not the agent's personal number.

  5. Move user videos to top of screen

    Most laptop and workstations have cameras mounted on top of the screen, while videos and picrures of participants are currently presented at the bottom of the screen, leaving everyone looking down.

    I'd suggest moving the pictures and videos to the top leaving people looking more into the camera.

  6. Visibility of parked calls to all members of a Call Queue

    When a member of a Call Queue places a call in Park there should be visibility for all Call Queue members of the calls parked, the number to connect to each parked call and the duration that the call has been parked.

  9. Show call history for calling queues, including which user answered the call

    In the desktop app, at least, show the call history for calling queues of which the user is a member.

    If the user is a member of multiple queues, make the list filterable or selectable by calling queue.

    The history should also show which user/agent answered a call so the other members of the calling queue can tell what happened, including whether the call was transferred and to whom (but there should be some security around this detail so administrators can configure this for the necessary amount of privacy).

  10. MOH while Call transfer

    MOH (Music on Hold) works fine, when I put a caller on Hold.
    When I transfer a caller to anyone else, the caller hears nothing while transfering or consultiv tranfer Process. It would be great to ger here MOH also. The silence during the transfer process is confusing the caller.

  11. External users can't add group chat

    External users add multiple people in group call and chat is currently not available . Please add the feature it will work effective both outside organization.

  14. PSTN Usage Report - export / view via PowerBI or thru API

    PSTN Usage Report - export / view via PowerBI or thru API

    We would like to provide automated reports to our managers which contain data gathered from PSTN Usage reports. Specifically individual call statistics for users (inbound / outbound). At the moment, one will need to go to the admin center and view this manually or extract / export via Excel.

    Please provide the capability to mine / query these data using PowerBI or API

  15. enable a few individual background pictures for own background

    To avoid everybody using standard backgrounds please allow for placing a few individual backgrounds in background choices.
    Zoom has an option to do that, so should Teams.

  16. Use whiteboard in 1-on-1 calls

    It would be great if we could share a whiteboard in 1-on-1 calls. Currently, whiteboard is available in meetings and also in private calls, as long as there are 3 or more people. It seems reasonable to add this feature also to 1-on-1 calls.

    (Uservoice already has requests about adding whiteboard to calls, but they are not to the point, as whiteboard already is in calls, just not in 1-on-1 ones)

  17. Allow more than 20 users limit in a group call within a chat.

    If I have a group chat I can initiate a sound/video call with all of them if there are less than 20 users.
    I'm suggesting to raise this limit to more than 20 users because there are meetings that need large numbers of participants.

  18. New calls ring while on call

    While in a call and another comes in on my DID number or to a call queue I belong to the call rings in my headset and the Teams popup shows the call. It should not ring in my ear - at the very least it should be a lessor intrusive tone. This is more like a call-waiting option that needs to be added. Call Waiting on/off (columns for DID and Queues). More than likely for a call queue you are not going to take another call while in a call. There is a slight possibility you would if it…

  19. Display incoming caller Id when callers dial a call queue

    Incoming calls to a call queue should show the caller id of the person calling. It only shows the name of the call queue in Teams.
