  1. Improve integration on hybrid enviroment after password change for domain user

    We found out that when we change password on DC, O365 tennant does not realize that there was password change for hour, maybe two.
    During that time when you send screen share other user does not even receive screen share request.

    After 3-4 request attempts O365 request user to login again with new password.

    I think DC ->O365 tennant password sync should be highest level communication, and preferably in realtime.

    Also Teams shoud give user feedback that screenshare request was not succesfully sent.

  2. peer to peer calling chrome error message

    As mentioned in case number 14276459

    When you make a peer to peer call in chrome the error message states to use edge or chrome or download the app. Problem is users are in chrome and the error message says to use chrome. So people call for support thinking it is an issue on their computer that we can resolve.
    If the error message could better inform the user to use edge or the app for peer to peer calling that would be great.

  3. Bi-directional screen sharing

    Bi-directional screen sharing would be of benefit in some scenarios where two individuals need to share their screens with one another for instructions or verification.

  4. Display voicemail transcription in the voicemail/activity feed

    Include ability to see voicemail transcription in the activity feed - this already gets emailed to us via Skype for Business/Outlook.

  6. Teams AutoAttendant DTMF Timeout

    Add Option to choose an user in Organisation / voice app if DTMF is the only option enabled in AutoAttendant and Caller do not press anything….. actually caller hears option-menue endless….. it would be nice that an DTMF-"Fallback" Timer can be configured and Fallback number can be configured (user in Organisation / voice app or operator)

  8. Call duration log displayed after a call is finished

    After a call, it would be nice to have a record showing the duration, just as in Skype for Business

  9. improve calls applet across platforms

    Calls applet is awkward overall. Window 10 teams app has 4 main 'tabs' speed dial, contacts, history, voicemail, with a 'make a call' button. 'speed dial' should be 'dialer, with dialpad and pinned favorites and groups together. Make a call currently gets stuck open covering the tabs pane.

    Android phone teams calls applet has 2 tabs, history and voicemail with a floating '+phone' icon (make a call) that opens a dialpad with a separate people search tab. Taking a queue from android phone app, it has 3 basic tabs across the bottom dialpad, history, contacts. Voicemail could be added, but…

  11. Augmented Reality Selfie Filters and Lenses

    To enable social media influencers and others to collaborate effectively using Microsoft Teams video calls, you need to add Augmented Reality Selfie filters and lenses as featured in Snapchat and Instagram Stories. Without the option to smooth your skin, add cool sunglasses and a tan and abs, with some cool lens flares and a nice background, video collaboration is never going to take off - fact!

  12. Feature Request Allow supported phones (Polycom VVX etc) to pickup a call from a call queue.

    I would like to be able to answer telephone calls coming from our main business number.

    This would be an amazing feature.

    Scenario
    A call is routed through AA, Call Queue and rings a users phone (say a VVX 600 polycom supported phone). When picked up currently it goes dead and doesn't connect. It would be awesome if this made the connection and we can answer on this phone.

  13. Remove privacy from P-Asserted Identity

    Please remove the Privacy: id from activated P-Asserted Identity.
    The P-Asserted Identity is very useful but the Privacy Tag that is set by teams comes to a anonymous call to the callee side.
    All ITSP that use it doesn't set it cause it makes no sense if it is set permanently.
    The providers and teams itself do anonymous calls by setting anonymous@anonymous.invalid
    At the moment you have to remove this by the SBC.

  14. Cellular call option

    Please add a ring-out option to the Teams mobile app when WiFi is unavailable (i.e., outgoing calls are dialed over cellular networks, not data networks).

    This will prevent excessive data usage when in an area where WiFi is unavailable.

  15. Voice call not working

    Within our team when setting up a voice call we cannot hear each other despite the microphones being configured correctly?

  16. We need Time (Date & Time) in Calling History

    It's extremely difficult to know at what time of the day a call was made if there isn't a timestamp to it

  17. Move the ring back from the desktop speakers to the the headset

    When calling another Teams user the "Skypish" ring back comes out thru the desktop speakers and not the headset. I typically run my desktop muted and it is annoying there is no ring back in that case. Even with the speakers on it's annoying that the ring back could disturb a coworker.

  18. Call ringing doesn't respect device notification settings

    When receiving a call while Phone is at dnd (Android) call notification still disturbs the silence :(

  19. allow HR to enter cell phones of certain employees

    allow HR to add cellphones of certain people into teams with the org chart like regular email allows now.

  20. With Skype you could pop out a message and then choose "Always on top" which allowed using Skype with Remote desktop. So I cant use teams.

    When using remote desktop, you can use Skype (with a microphone) by popping out the message and choosing (on the top left) "Always on top". The discussion then is on top during a remote desktop allowing voice discussions while in a remote desktop session. In Teams this feature seems to not be available. So I cannot use Teams.
