From the recent tab, if we could right click and an option to close\hide multiple chat windows. Precious seconds are lost for those who don't use keyboard shortcuts.
Another idea could be adding a checkbox when mouse howers over. This way we can quickly select chats and then close them at once.72 votes
people often forget that the raised hand icon is still raised after saying what they wanted to. So the suggestion is to either deactivate the icon after it is detected that the person has spoken or simply flash a reminder to the person that your hand is still raised, put down or keep raised71 votes
This Live Reaction option (including "Thumbs Up") would be an easy way for Attendees to respond to the Presenter during meetings consisting of more than 15 people. This would prevent mass unmuting of microphones which causes the whole meeting to go out of order and most importantly loses time.67 votes7 comments · Accessibility (keyboard navigation, reader, colors etc.) · Flag idea as inappropriate… · Admin →
We are planning a feature to allow participants to react during a meeting using emojis, and have them appear to all participants. You can read more details here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/blog/2020/07/08/reimagining-virtual-collaboration-future-work-learning/.
Having multiple windows for each tchat57 votes
Have the font color selection include fonts with better contrast levels from the background. On the standard white background (don't know about others as my company has disabled themes), colors other than black are extremely hard to read.
As other users have noted, please add more font size choices, particularly for Wiki page titles. They are barely distinguishable from subheadings.57 votes
I've got tremors, and the Request Control button is way too easy to hit when I want to look at the chat or participants list
Please move the button, add a confirmation, or allow the request to be withdrawn.56 votes

The system font size is NOT enough (relative sizing). If I increase font size in OS it messes up other apps I need the ability to chane the size just in Teams51 votes
For Busy, In Meeting and On Call, all shows same Red color circle as status. I am not able get from icon until I hover on it and read the tooltip. :(
It should be different for each status so that user can get the meaning from its icon itself.
Live Meeting Closed Captions scrolling.
The new live closed captions during meetings are awesome!!
Sometimes people talk extremely fast and the captions scroll away before I can read everything. Would it be possible to make the captioning window larger and add the ability to scroll back and forth?47 votes
Right now if we want to save the conversation of a Chat we do so by individually selecting them one by one.
It will be helpful if we can do that by right clicking a chat window and export/save is gets enabled.42 votes
The vertical scroll bar is very thin and not easy to see or click on. Make it more like a regular Windows slider that is permanently visible.41 votes

Dear, Microsoft team.
I would like to inform you the windows 10 already have found the Shan keyboard (Symbol), but just only Burmese typing. We are having some difficulties for our Shan language on it.
Therefore, in windows 10 keyboards just only the name of Shan, but the language is in Burmese. We all Shan people need your team to support and creating for us with Shan Keyboard and Shan language the correction with both of them.
If you need information from us, Please, let us know we are looking forward to hearing from you.
The Teams window fades in colour to the bottom right which is where the corner resize handle is.
The colour at this corner of the app is often the same colour as apps in the background which makes it hard to find/grab the resize handle.40 votes

This item is partially done in the sense that it works for PC but for MAC the item is still in testing, though it should be releasing soon.
I’ll keep you posted!

In Chat, please could we set up autocorrect words for frequently used words or frequent mistakes - like we can in Office docs.Or could Teams use the Office autocorrect list? For instance, when typing in a hurry on a UK keyboard I often type "can;t" instead of "can't". I'd love autocorrect to fix this automatically for me - it works in Outlook as I've set up a correction.37 votes
Hi, Can't you offer keyboard shortcuts to get to different tabs (activity, chat, teams, meetings, files)? This will make our life much easier.
Thanks.37 votes12 comments · Accessibility (keyboard navigation, reader, colors etc.) · Flag idea as inappropriate… · Admin →
Teams does have some shortcuts you may use.
To see the shortcut list you can click on your user icon within Teams.
From the drop down list go to Keyboard Shortcuts.
A second window will open showing you the available shortcuts that Teams has to offer at this time.
Keep posting feedback.
