  1. Keyboard enter key not sending

On the IPad Pro when pressing the enter key on the external keyboard it makes a new line and doesn’t send the message. This is so annoying as I use Teams a lot and I have to touch the screen on every message to send instead of just pressing enter on the keyboard.
I can’t see any settings to change this and all the other messaging apps work fine with the enter key.

  2. Change 'Accept Call' button color to green to match other familiar UI elements

When I receive an incoming call request, if I'm on autopilot sometimes my inclination is to click on the red 'decline call' button because that button has a different color than the other buttons--this makes it stand out as an option.

If you changed the color of the 'accept call' button to a medium green, this would make both 'accept' and 'decline' stand out from the rest of the interface and also help facilitate usability for those who are partially blind.

Doing this would align the most important call interaction buttons to the same color scheme that iOS/Android use and…

  3. Please add the functionality to "Paste Special"

When working on Teams, and also in Office 365, you can't "Paste special". This is super annoying, and is stopping a lot my colleagues from using teams. Which defeats the purpose of us paying for it.

  4. fix the labels for the video call, call and share buttons

Can you please fix the labels for the video call, call and share buttons? I use JAWS, a screen reader and it is reading these buttons as "unlabeled button 0". In it's present state, someone with no vision at all, can't tell what these buttons actually do. Thankfully I do have a little bit of vision but I still rely on JAWS to be productive. I would still like to see this get fixed so Teams is more inclusive. See attachment showing the exact buttons that are not labeled. They are found at top right of the Teams window. Thanks…

  5. Improvements:

    --Put a border around, to differentiate from other windows we have open;
--ability to increase sound when we receive msgs; cannot hear that popcorn ping sound if there is any background noise.
--automatically follow a team; we wouldn't have created it unless we wanted to follow it.

  8. Get Rid of the "Tab conversation has begun"

That message is distracting and serves no purpose.

  9. Scroll bars visibility in windows, e-mail etc

Not all changes are good or required! The old scroll bars in windows were better as they had good contrast in comparison with windows colour and were visible all the time even colours adjustable by user. The new one make me feel like blind person who have to move their white stick forward to find their way forward! The bars are too thin in grey colour almost the same as colour of the window.

I feel somebody who designed them did not have a clue!! It is sad that something what was designed by young may be too enthusiastic person…

  10. Shared files are “hidden”

When using the smartphone app, navigation to shared files is not intuitive. Make a “shared files” button visible, not hidden under the title of a conversation that doesn’t even look like a pull down menu.

Would be more user friendly if I could write comments on a turned in assignment while I grade it, as I can do with a paper assignment.

  13. Eye strain caused by the themes - please let us turn off the `cards` or customise background colour

When I moved from Slack to Teams I seem to get more eye strain, and this results in headaches.

I can't quite peg it down exactly, but I think it's the choice of colours, particularly the grey background and the card layout.

The Dark theme is not much better.

In contrast, the much cleaner interface of slack does away with all unnecessary embellishments, so my eyes focus immediately on the messages.

This places an un-necessary cognitive load on my brain as it has to filter out this information before I get to reading.

The whole reason Google won out over…

  14. Have the Links Contained in Emails Open the Teams Application Directly

When clicking the "Reply in Teams" button located inside the emails that result from mentions, it currently pulls up the browser. Then there's a wait until the browser window pulls up the conversation inside Teams application. This is inefficient for the user and their breaks work flow.

It would be helpful if click in the email link brought the user directly into the Teams application.

  15. RSS Connector name and Favicon added to title of post

We have various suppliers RSS feeds going into a Channel for operations \ technical teams to be aware of outages of platforms. However, unlike webhooks these all get posted into the Channel with a title of RSS.

It would be more useful if the name of the RSS feed, which you've got to add "Enter a name for your RSS connection." when you configure it would be used instead.

It would also be great if for a Webhook or RSS feed, it pulled and used the websites Favicon.
