  1. T-Bot to Expand bullet points in Help

    Could we have the T-Bot expand the Help item it is directing us to? It isn't immediately apparent what the name of the section or bullet point we are supposed to click on, and switching to a different page hides the T-Bot response. I'm sure experienced users have adapted, but as a new user it is disorienting.

  2. More Teams training videos through T-Bot, and regularly kept updated, dont let these videos fall behind the curve. .

    I am absolutely a fan of been able to find training material within the Teams application, and this is fantastic to be able to point end users. But Teams has been updated very rapidly, and these videos are growing more and more out of date. Short, fun ,videos are key to training busy users. Please review how your future proofing this great training tool, and keeping it up to date and more variety. The ideal is a library full of these short videos.

  5. posting current time

    We (my company) just started using Teams and found a very big shortcoming. In the previous tool we used, we had the capability of posting the current time. For example, when a task was completed, we would add that the task was completed and a command to post the current time along with it so others could see exactly when that task was done. Hovering over the post will become an issue because during one particular task we do, a lot of people will be following the progress of the task. If they need to hover over each post to…

  7. Can we test calls, screen sharing, and video calls with T-Bot?

    T-Bot is good for questions, but it would also be great if we can test Teams' features on T-Bot. I've yet to share a screen on teams and it would be nice to try and troubleshoot that feature on T-Bot before I have to use that feature with a client.

    Add a question for the WHO bot to answer like, Who is in mailing list XYZ? Or, What are the current mailing lists for <Username>

  15. T-Bot no more working

    Using T-Bot we ALWAYS get this repsonse in Germany:
    "Leider kann ich momentan keine Verbindung herstellen, um Ihnen zu helfen. Wir arbeiten an der Behebung des Problems, versuchen Sie es in Kürze erneut."
    Engl.
    "No connection at the moment.... Try again later."

    We tried this over weeks... NOT WORKING.

  17. Who Bot is MIA - heard it was supposed to be in the store but does not appear

    I went to a webinar today and heard about the Who Bot from Jeremy Thake. Understood that if I have an updated Teams Desktop App, I should see the bot in the Store. I checked for updates and got "You have got Microsoft Teams latest updates. Enjoy!" but no sign of the Who Bot in the store.

  18. Disable Clippy the Bot completely (T-Bot)--and others while we're at it

    While in theory I can see use cases for bots, in practice they just annoy the **** out of me. The more **** that gives me useless notifications and clutters up chat that I can't completely disable or turn off, the less likely I am to use a product.

    Seriously, this **** lowers my productivity. Is that what you want with a productivity app? I certainly don't want it.

    Whenever I access the "area experts" tab within Who tabs, it says error loading.

  20. Who-bot itegrations

    The Who-bot is a fantastic addition to Teams. An API or some sort of integrations for Who-bot would be greatly beneficial for companies looking to provide a more tailored experienced for our users.
