  1. Problem in seeing history of channel.

    The last 2 days we can no longer see the different Team Channels.
    Private chats are ok. But the Teams channel's general and others we can no longer see what was written before.
    The only way of seeing the channel information is checking it out on the mobile phone.

    Kindly update ASAP as we have some valuable information in the channels.

  2. coppying from teams adds hidden characters

    Teams when coppying from code block (`` option) adds some 'blank' characters that crash when coppied to some development tools. Those appear sometimes as capitalA` with a circle above. Needs fixing because finding those characters is painfull.

  4. Firstline workers to indicate mulitple availabilities on Shift

    Each firstline workers may have different availabilities across different work locations (for example: 9am- 1pm in area A, 2pm-6pm in Area B, etc), is it possible if (1) we can add "remarks" in "Set availability" or (2) we allow different Availability in different "Schedule" for the same user?

  7. membership exceeds 1000

    We have a very large Ambassador Group that just grew to over 1,000 people, but now the Members and guests count shows (0). Can you increase the field to the thousandths place? Thank you!

    Aktuell bin ich 26 Teams zugeordnet. Die Anzahl wächst kontinuierlich, worunter die Übersichtlichkeit leidet. Eine zusätzliche Ebene zur Gruppierung, analog der Abschnittsgruppen in One Note, würde mir weiterhelfen

  9. Please can you tell me how long data will be stored / supported? how long do the chat data be stored for?

    We wish to use the channel chat link to store the chat history such that it can be recalled at a later date. We want to know how long that data will be stored in the chat link? (That is when you "get link to chat")

  10. Channel Flexibility

    It would be great to host Channels in a variety of Teams:

    Example - 2x Teams: "Marketing" and "Sales" but they can both host "Latest Product Adverts" Channel

    That way you do not need to invite your entire Sales Team to Marketing Team but just share the Marketing Channels that are relevant to other departments within their own Team environ.

    Another example Marketing Team is working on new recruitment adverts so builds new channel "Recruitment Ads" would be great to share this channel with HR Team.

    This improvement in functionality would truly reflect the matrix structure many modern organisations are…

    Microsoft Teams should have a read notification of the message, because I send the message and I do not know if the recipient has read it.

  12. "conversation" term confusion

    You should coordinate with Office 365 Groups team with your naming convention. We started heavily rolling out Teams and O365 groups within organization and many users are confused how "conversation" within O365 group is not matching "Conversation" in teams. They think it is the very same thing. Here is my proposal:


    • They should either be the same. PROS: In such a case everything be in the same place you can continue, additionally if someone outside of group sends email to O365 group email it will be displayed in conversation in teams (reduces need to read emails). CONS: If you have…

    Teams calling features should include the ability to port existing PSTN numbers into an Office 365 account to assign to Teams users.

    Het kan soms wat onoverzichtelijk worden met veel gesprekken tegelijk. Een onderwerpregel per gesprek zou misschien kunnen helpen om snel te zien of je het goede gesprek te pakken hebt.

  18. I keep getting cut off when calling certain numbers, there's a delay on the line so I can hear myself which is extremely distracting and the

    As above, plus we are constantly turning the volume up and down because of the volume issue. I want to revert to Skype but our company's has been turned off. I really don't like Teams.

  20. Better app window management

    My biggest problem right now is the sizing and scaling for a desktop application on a resolution as big as mine. (1920x1080) It easily takes up about 45% of my screen area even at its smallest size.

    1: Allow me to resize the width of the User list via moving the divider between it and the chat side.

    2: Make the user list have separate point size scaling than the chat side.

    3: Allow me to completely hide the chat side of the app like I can the user list side, so all I can see is the user list.
