Need to have a more visible notification when someone sends a message

I have a project team that like the idea of using the Channel emails to route documents to the Project Team folders in SharePoint. However, they have nested folders and would like to know if there is a way to get the documents only (i.e. attachments) to the subfolders, not he email itself.

Im on a mac and when I send files to others (.pdf, .docx) they cannot open them. THey can sometime go online and get it but never from their desktop app.

Can you copy a thread from one channel to another? If so, how?

In an LMS, teachers can pose a question or a prompt and require that student respond and then respond to other's posts. This is a feature that would change how we use Teams.

Make QA the same as in Broadcast - right now in QA you can only broadcast the question and not the answer, what good is that? We need to be able to broadcast both question and answer. The on-line doc says you can, but opening a ticket, it is being told that only the question can be broadcasted. We will never be able to get off of SFB this way because CIO uses QA but needs answers to be able to be Broadcasted.

When adding members to a TEAMS team, we would need the option to expand security groups or Office365 of more than 25 members. Currently, in cases where this number is exceeded, it is not possible to expand the members and you can not select only the members that you want to include in the team.

Until this week, this was a functioning feature: when someone initiated a chat, no matter if I was in Recent or Contacts/Favorites (within Chat), the Chat icon would light up and that user's name would be bold to indicate the new chat.

Now Chat still lights up on the menu bar, but the user indications are gone on the Contacts/Favorites side. I have to keep switching back to Recent to find and read new chats.

I miss a thin client just for the messaging, like a pop-up in order not to need to open the whole application.

Please, Please can we default the main content area to General channel as I click through the teams.

Many in our organization will select a team and post the message. However, the Main Area hasn't switched to the new team and Channel.

It's a small thing but I think it'll add a lot to user experience and conversation confidence and cadence.

• Having an "umbrella team" for each department


• Each Team (Agile team) represents a project with people from different departments


• That Team/Project could be under different "umbrella teams" depending on which department the user belongs to

Provide the ability to have a favourites list for Channels and not Teams. As a member of numerous Teams, I would like a list of all my favourite channels (that I follow) in one single Favourites list.

So, basically, a favourites list with channels from different teams.

Participants should have the capability to zoom in on the user who's sharing their screen with the participants.

Add a feature that allows for moving a post to a different channel.

As a teacher it would be really useful if the grades you gave an assignment went automatically to a team gradebook, instead of having to export them each time.
