  3. You should be able to have a head line that one could follow for each patient. IE for example John smith headline. Then all disciplines i

You should have a headline that you can easily find and easily see with for example patients name. And Homehealth we often have many many many patients and if we have a headline with the patients name and we involve all disciplines, then everybody can communicate about this particular patient. You can find easily what’s going on with this particular patient and see what everyone else is doing. Right now if you form a group it can be 15 different patients and it gets very call mingled when somebody is asking about the dressing and who the nurses if you…

  4. Improve frame requests toward video interop gateways

Please improve how key frame requests toward video interop gateways to mitigate the video pulsing/recurring out of focus behavior we see when Teams participants with poor network connectivity join the Teams conference.

  5. Create task from Wiki text

We use the Wiki tab to post project's weekly meeting summary in free text for all channel members.

In the summary there are action items in bullets.

My suggestion is to allow the summary writer to instantly create a task in the Planner tab, based on the the bullet action items,
by using a 1-click button that will transform the action item to a task in a Planner task card.

Then he/she could use the task card as it would normally be used in Planner (Assign task to team member(s), set due date, Priority etc...)

  6. Kanban or scrum daily standup board ( if synchronized with other tools or excel would be great)

To be able to have a daily scrum meeting tracker via teams, lot of teams are working from home. So to display visibility to everyone in a Kanban style or daily scrum standup board that can be customized, and synchronized with other tools ( Jira, tfs etc)

  8. Keep chat history available when changing interop mode

My organization has been in Islands for more than a year.
We have many users that have been using Teams chat extensively during this time.

We are now testing a change to Skype with Teams Meetings and Collaboration with a small group of users.

I understand that with this mode chat is no longer available in Teams, but I expected to be able to see my history at least.

However, the chat tab is completely gone and I'm not able to search for people or previous conversations anymore.

I did notice that after finishing an ad-hoc meeting, it displays chats…

  9. Show users’ license status

We restrict users from Teams usage by unlicensing.
However, users can create Teams meeting with the calendar of Outlook on the web.
This behavior could make a confusion to end users, and we cannot accept that if we were accused of license violation due to this behavior. We would like you to make the license status to visualize according to users’ license status to let us understand clearly.

  10. COMPLAINT Seemless transition from Skype for Business to Teams

Guys, seems like you are yet again sitting backwards on the horse. Today the Teams message popped up in Skype for Business to update to Teams. When I did that I am told that the admin must set teams usage. Right now, I have all my contacts disappeared from Skype for Business, I can not call my colleagues, neither does Teams work. Did anyone consider that there are users with limited access rights, who would just simply want to work seemlessly? You are practically rocking the boat.

  11. Make Teams work with Federated domains!

Once we federate domains, what is the problem to get full features available ?

Why this is so restrictive? I don't see a problem to be able to search and talk to people on a FEDERATED domain ?!

  12. Skype to Teams Interop - Desktopsharing

Skype to Teams migration is described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-and-skypeforbusiness-coexistence-and-interoperability

For desktopsharing it talks about an interop escalation. I tested this and it didn't work. See here the video (sorry in dutch). This is especially important for federation scenario's.

  13. Teams-Only 1:1 support voor p2p voice, p2p video and desktopsharing over federation, initiated from a chat.

Teams-Only 1:1 support voor p2p voice, p2p video and desktopsharing over federation, initiated from a chat. Enterprise moving from Skype for Business to Teams require all modalities in a federation scenario. Currently only Teams-Only 1:1 support for chat is in the Office 365 roadmap

  14. Complete parity between desktop and mobile

Pls upgrade the mobile clients to get full parity on functionallity.

    Especially now on iPadOS.

In my case I often find myself toggling between the app and the webb version. Not ideal.

  15. Shared screen quality in Teams

When you share screen with 1 Mbps for the media bit rate setting in Teams Meeting policies, the screen shows in blurry or it takes time to show clear view.
However, these condition does not happen to Skype for Business in setting with 1 Mbps media bit rate. The screen shows a clear view.

It would be great that screen with setting 1 Mbps media bit rate can show clear view when sharing screen in Teams as well as SfB.

  16. Ability to send screenshots from Teams client to Skype for Business users

Would be great if there was an option to still send screenshots to Skype for Business from the Teams client.

  17. Teams app – Hybrid AAD Join Not Supported

Only Teams app doesn’t support WAM while other Office 365 apps support it at this time. So, it doesn’t support Hybrid ADD Join, either.
We strongly would like to ask you making Teams app to be WAM Supported app and enable us to use Hybrid AAD Join.

  18. Stop forcing the automatic creation of a team site whenever you create a new Teams

This is one of the most frustrating issues we've faced using Teams and SharePoint. When you create a new Teams, a SharePoint team site is automatically created in the background, used for storing any attachments you upload in Teams. You have no control to configure this team site when it's created, no ability to prevent it happening, and if you wanted a Communications site instead of a team site this isn't even possible. No option to choose the site's URL either.

On so many occasions we've wanted to create a Teams channel but not have a team site linked to…

  19. No internet chats, screen shares, ect....

When no internet is available (airplane, remote areas, ect) allow connection to another Teams member PC nearby for screen share, chat, ect for collaboration. Wifi? Bluetooth?

  20. Meetings, working on documents and chats must be able to seperate or productivity is greatly impacted.

Deploying Teams to enterprise users, I hear the frustration of not being able to spread the communications onto separate screens as separate efforts. Example: Bounce a Meeting into another window, while being able to chat with a colleague NOT in the meeting and collaborating on yet a third effort (Editing a document) all at the same time. This is a common pain point pushing users to resist Teams adoption.
